Jean Ducharme, our sales consultant was listening to us and discussed with my wife and I as if we had always known each other but not in the manner of your typicall car salesman. We really felt free to make our decision throughout our meetings with Jean, with Frederic the sales manager, with Danny at finances and even with Charles the owner who came to chat with us. It gives the impression of a young and dynamic family. In addition to the showroom they even gave us a tour of the garage which again is composed of a young and very courteous staff. No "Yes my little gentleman" or "definitely my little lady" as with some dealers of the last century ...
Finally after the visit on Wednesday, we took possession of our new Kia Soul SX Luxury 2015. I wanted the yellow and as it was not in stock, they have managed to give me two days later, on Friday ready and shiny. They took my old vehicle at a reasonable price and took care of all the paperwork and registrations ... It has been a week driving my new Soul and I'm delighted ... Thanks Chambly Kia...
